MBL Development acts as its own general contractor which makes the construction process more efficient.
 

MBL builds to NHAB Certified Green Builder Standards.  We take pride in building energy efficient properties that provide tenants more affordable utility cost and the satisfaction in knowing they are reducing their ecological foot print while living in a lovely home. Exteriors are primarily constructed of brick with vinyl siding and shutters.  

 
All apartments are designed with 9ft ceiling to give a spacious more inviting feel. Units include laundry hook up, garbage disposals, ceiling fans, pantry and large linen closets.  All utilities are electric.  Shower grab bars and easy grip doorknobs are standard in all senior units. 


Units are built following universal standards for accessibility.

Deer Brook Villas Phase III will share the existing community building located at Deer Brook Villas.  The Building has a spacious community room with a fully equipped, open concept kitchen for residents to use for social and educational functions or to reserve for private family gatherings, etc. The building also houses the manager's office, communal laundry, fitness room and bathrooms for the convenience of the residents. The communal grounds include a covered patio with grill and a gazebo.
